The appellant has been convicted for offences under

sections 354 IPC and sentenced to RI for one year and a

fine of Rs.500/-, under section 323 IPC and sentenced to
RI for six months and under section 7/8 of the Protection
rt

of Children from Sexual Offences Act and sentenced to RI
ou

for three years and a fine of Rs.1000/-.

Looking to the short sentence of three years, I am

inclined to allow I.A.No.19675/2017 and suspend the
ig

remaining part of the sentence and direct that the
H

appellant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal
bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to
the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The appellant shall now
appear before the Registry of this Court on 20.4.2018
and on such other dates as may be directed by the office.
Call for the record of the Trial Court. List immediately
thereafter for orders on admission.
Certified copy as per rules.
