Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that
the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
pending before the Family Court, Bhilwara stands disposed of in
terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties and
therefore, nothing survives in this appeal arising out of the order
passed by the Family Court dated 24.4.19 dismissing the
application preferred by the appellant seeking maintenance
pendente lite.

The factum of disposal of the petition pending before the
Family Court by way of settlement in the spirit of the Lok Adalat is
not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as having become
infructuous.
