1. Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of
Cr.P.C.
2. F.I.R. No.24/2017 was registered at Police Station Ghad,
District Tonk for offence under Sections 354 IPC and Sections 66C,
66D and 67A of the I.T. Act.
3. It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that the
sister of the complainant was having in affair with the petitioner
and she herself click the photographs and selfies. It is also
contended that the sister-in-law of the girl click the photographs
and there is no photograph of her taking in the bath-room has
been recovered by the police. It is also contended that the charge-
sheet has been filed. Marriage of the girl has taken place.

Petitioner is in custody from 11.06.2017.
4. Counsel for the complainant has opposed the bail
application. His contention is that petitioner purposely blackmailed
the girl and posted her photographs on WhatsAap to the boy with
whom her marriage was to take place and under pressure
complainant’s family had to marry her with some other boy.
5. Considering the fact that the charge-sheet has been filed,
trial consumed time, without commenting on merits of case, I
deem it proper to allow the bail application.
6. This bail application is accordingly allowed and it is ordered that the
accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal
bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) and two sureties in the
sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) each to the
satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before
that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred, on all dates of
hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
