1 Heard the learned counsel. The Respondent No.2 – wife has

filed the proceedings under sections 498A, 406, 323, 506 r/w 34 of SectionIPC and
on that basis charge sheet has been filed and Criminal Case No.147 of 2016
has been registered.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner husband in Writ Petition
No.3023 of 2016 and for in laws in other petition submits that in earlier
proceedings the respondent – wife has made some statements and those
statements run contrary to FIR.

3 The learned APP appearing for State submits that grievance of

this nature can be looked into by the trial Court.

4 Whether statements are contrary, what is the relevance of such
statements are aspects required to be looked into by the trial Court.

5 We are therefore not inclined to make any observation in that
respect in present jurisdiction.

6 Liberty to petitioners to take steps as are open to them in law
are kept open. Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
