For the reasons which find mention in the application which prevent the
appellant from filing the appeal, sufficient cause is made out. Consequently,
delay condoned. I.A. No.354/2019 stands disposed of.

Admit.

Let record from the trial Court be sent for.
Bailable warrant of arrest in terms of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five
Thousand) be issued to secure the presence of respondent No.2 on 24th
April, 2019.
