Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to approach the competent authorities to comply with the directions issued by Hon’ble the Supreme Court in the matter of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar & Anr., in CRA-1277 of 2014, decided on 02.07.2014, before arrest of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State as well as that of the complainant who is present along with the complainant, have no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
