The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for
quashing of FIR No.137/2019, PS Sri Dungargarh, District Bikaner for
offences under Sections 498A, Section304B, Section120B IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated
20.08.2019 received from the SHO, PS Sri Dungargarh, District
Bikaner wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough
investigation, challan has already been presented by the Police
before the competent court. The said report is hereby taken on
record.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present
misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.

Stay application also dismissed.
