THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS
DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER

Petitioners in this petition have challenged the FIR

No.358/2015 registered by the Kodigehalli Police

Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under

Sections 498A, 504, 506, 323 r/w Section 34 of IPC and

Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. Shri. K.A.Chandrashekara, learned Advocate

for the petitioners submits that after investigation

police have filed the charge sheet. Accordingly, he has

filed a Memo of even date seeking leave of this Court to

withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition

challenging the charge sheet.

3. Memo is placed on record. The petition is

accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as

prayed for.

4. In view of dismissal of the petition,

I.A.No.1/2016 for stay does not survive for

consideration and it is disposed of.

No costs.
