The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for
grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.29, dated 29.10.2018,
under Sections 498A, 406, 377, 323, 506, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station
Woman West, District Gurugram.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order
dated 05.02.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.
Learned State counsel has not controverted the said fact and states
that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim order
dated 05.02.2020 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in
Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
