1. No ground is made out for entertaining the present revision

petition as the Court below has threadbare discussed the case

made out and has come to conclusion that as per the investigation

done by the police, offence under Sections 302 and 498A I.P.C. is

made out only against the husband.

2. There is no force in the revision petition. The same is

dismissed.

3. However, the complainant would be free to approach the
(2 of 2)
[CRLR-153/2018]

Court after recording of the statement by moving an appropriate

application under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
