The petitioner challenges order dated April 12, 2018 passed by the

learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court III,

Howrah, in Misc. Case No. 90 of 2016.

By the order impugned, the learned Trial Court granted maintenance

pendente lite to the opposite party/wife to the tune of Rs. 6,500/- per

month along with a sum of Rs. 10,000/- as litigation cost.

The petitioner should serve copy of the application along with

annexures, if any, upon the opposite party within a week from date and file

affidavit-of-service on the next date of hearing.

The petitioner is at liberty to file a supplementary affidavit, if

required.

Let the matter stand over for a fortnight.
