Heard Mr. Sunil Kumar Thakur in support of the
application which is directed against the order dated 16.11.2012
passed by learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Samastipur in Cr.
Revision No. 180 of 2012 filed by O.P. No. 2 who lodged the
complaint against the present petitioners under Section 498A IPC.
It appears the learned Court below had discharged the
petitioners of the charge as no witness was produced for examination.
The learned Revisional Court found that there was a petition filed by
the complainant which remained pending for consideration and
