1. This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with

CR No. 546 of 2018 registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station for the

offences punishable under Sections 498A, 354, 406, 414, 506, 504

read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. FIR was lodged on 6 th

December, 2018.

2. Applicants had preferred an anticipatory bail before the

Sessions Court which has been rejected. The other accused were

also impleaded as accused and they were granted anticipatory bail.

Dispute arises out of matrimonial discord between the parties.

3. Learned APP submits that the notices under Section 41-A of

Code of Criminal Procedure were issued to the applicants.

However, they did not respond and they were not found available

at the residence. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that

they are willing to co-operate with the investigation by attending

the Investigating Officer.

4. Learned Advocate Ms. Sneha Baria submits that she has

instructions to appear on behalf of original complainant and she

seeks time to file intervention application.

5. Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, I pass

the following order.

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with C.R.
No.546 of 2018 registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, the
applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of
Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
ii. Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer of the
concerned Police Station on 21st January, 2019, 22nd January,
2019 and 23rd January, 2019 between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
iii. Leave to amend to annex the copy of order of rejecting the
anticipatory bail application by the Sessions Court.
iv. This interim protection is granted till next date of hearing.

v. Stand over to 28th January, 2019.
