Mr. S. D. Khan, learned Government Advocate for the
respondent-State.

This second application under Section 439 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for grant of bail to
applicant Ramji Vishwakarma who has been arrested in
connection with Crime No.237/2018 for the offences punishable
under section 354 IPC and sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of
Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police
Station Nagod, district Satna. The first application of the
applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated
6.7.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.22276/2018. The applicant
herein is in judicial custody since 6.6.2018 in the aforesaid
case.

Looking at the facts and circumstances of the case, the
application is dismissed.
