In light of order dated 27.08.2019, parties are present in Court.
Respondent-husband is ready to give an amount of Rs.12 lakhs as
permanent alimony in full and final settlement of all claims of the appellant-
wife. He is also ready to pay Rs.1.50 lakhs in lieu of the arrears of
maintenance pendente lite and articles, if any, retained by him.

Accordingly, a demand draft bearing No.428813 dated
20.09.2019 amounting to Rs.12 lakhs has been handed over to the appellant-
wife as permanent alimony in full and final settlement of all claims and a
cheque bearing No.911534 dated 24.09.2019 amounting to Rs.1.50 lakhs
towards arrears of maintenance pendente lite and articles retained by him.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant-wife on
instructions from the appellant, who is present in Court, submits that he
does not press the present appeal and may be allowed to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
