Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for

grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.191 dated

17.09.2019 registered under Sections 498A, Section323, Section406, Section313, Section34 of IPC at

Women Police Station N.I.T., Faridabad.

Vide order dated 03.10.2019, while issuing notice of motion in

the case, the arrest of the petitioner was stayed.

Mr. Nehra, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has

produced a copy of compromise deed dated 19.10.2019 as entered between

the parties and on the strength of this compromise, he submits that the

parties have settled their dispute and decided to part ways by filing a petition

under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The photocopy of

compromise deed dated 19.10.2019 is taken on record.

Counsel for the complainant, on instructions from the

complainant who is present in the Court, has not disputed the aforesaid fact.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of at this stage

with a direction that in case the petitioner or the other accused are required

in the case, a clear 15 days notice would be given to them enabling them to

have recourse of law.
