ORAL ORDER

The life convict prisoner has sought for parole leave
for a period of 21 days on the ground of performing after death
rituals of his uncle-in-law, who expired on 06.12.2019. The life
convict prisoner is undergoing sentence for an offence
punishable under Sections 302 and 498A of the Indian Penal
Code. However, the presence of the life convict prisoner is not
required even if any after death ceremony is pending. Hence,
the present application is rejected.
