This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 330 dated

29.04.2017 under Sections 313/ 323/ 498A/ 406/ 506/34 of the IPC

registered at Police Station Sector-7 Faridabad, District Faridabad.

Mr. Himanshu Monga, Advocate, puts in appearance by filing

power of attorney on behalf of the complainant, who submits that the parties

are now residing together and he would have no objection in case the

interim order dated 04.07.2017 is made absolute.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from

the investigating Officer, confirms the aforesaid fact.

Since the matter has been compromised, the petition is allowed

and interim order dated 04.07.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the

condition that the petitioner will not tamper with evidence or hamper the

investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will

comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
