This is an application under Section 483 of the Code
of Criminal Procedure filed by the accused-petitioners praying
for expeditious hearing of the Sessions Trial Case No. 12(7) of
2017 arising out of G.R. Case No. 3971 of 2015 corresponding
to Pingla Police Station Case No. 194 of 2015 dated 16th
November, 2015 under Sections 498A, Section323, Section307, Section406, Section376,
Section506, Section379 and Section34 of the Indian Penal Code and read with
Sections 3 and Section4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
I have perused the materials placed on record and
considered the submission made by learned counsel appearing
for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to serve copies
of the present application along with the all annexed
documents to the State of West Bengal through the office of the
learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta and also to the

opposite party no.2 by registered speed post with
acknowledgement due within a period of one week from date
and to file affidavit of service before this court three weeks after
vacation.
Liberty is given to petitioners to move upon service of
notices to the opposite parties.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits
that due to oversight certain important documents have not
been filed along with the present application.
The petitioners are given liberty to file supplementary
affidavit with such documents within three weeks after
vacation.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied
for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties as
expeditiously as possible upon compliance of usual formalities.
