This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of
Cr.P.C., praying to quash the FIR/Complaint in Crime
No.195/2017 of Nuggehalli police for the offences
punishable under Sections 504, 323, 506, 498A of IPC and
under Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act,
pending on the file of the Additional Civil Judge (Jr.Dn) and
JMFC Court, Channarayapatna.

This Criminal Petition coming on for orders this day,
the Court made the following:
