Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Present application under Section 482, SectionCr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 30.11.2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai in Complaint No.2692/2018, under Sections 498A/Section323/Section504/Section506, SectionIPC and Section 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Kotwali at Orai, District Jalaun.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that after the summoning order all the applicants are facing trial and they have already enlarged on bail.

From the bare perusal of the complaint prima facie case against the applicants are made out. I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the order summoning the accused-applicants under Sections 498A/Section323/Section504/Section506, SectionIPC and Section 4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

The application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
