The husband in Matrimonial Suit no.1043 of 2016

pending before the learned Additional Judge, 4th Court,

Barasat, District North 24 Parganas has filed this revisional

application praying for expeditious disposal of the said

matrimonial suit. It is submitted that the matrimonial suit

has been pending since 2016. Issues have not yet been

framed. It appears that the mediation has also failed.

Under such circumstances, this revisional

application is disposed of with a request to the learned

Additional Judge, 4th Court, Barasat, District North 24

Parganas to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No.1043 of 2016

as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of

one year from the date of communication of this order.

It is specifically stated that no interlocutory

applications are pending and there is no order for payment

of maintenance pendente lite.

The petitioner is directed to serve copy of the

revisional application along with the server copy of this

order upon the opposite parties by registered post with A/D.

within a week from date.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claim

of the petitioner.

This revisional application is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be

given to the parties on priority basis, if the same is applied for.
