Heard the parties.

2. This Revision Application has been filed on behalf of

the petitioner against the order dated 23.07.2015 passed in

Complaint Case No. C1-1521 of 2014, Trial No. 3643 of 2015,

whereby and whereunder, the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial

Magistrate, Sitamarhi, summoned to Hasiv Raja and Abdul Halim,

husband and father-in-law of complainant-petitioner, finding prima

facie case under Sections 498A and 312 of the Indian Penal Code
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.768 of 2015 dt.16-08-2019

out of five persons shown in accused column in complaint petition

on inquiry under Section 202 of the Cr.P.C.

3. On going through the impugned order and the case

record, I find no ground to entertain the present Criminal Revision

and, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
