2. Apprehending arrest in Crime No.13/2020
registered with Borivali Police Station for the
offences punishable under Sections 498A, 420,
324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the

Indian Penal Code, husband (applicant no.1) and
his parents are seeking pre-arrest bail.

3. I have perused the complaint.
Complainant is present in the Court, represented
by her Advocate and seeks time to file
intervention application. Time granted.
Intervener shall file an application within one
week from today.

4. The learned Counsel for the applicant and
the complainant are willing to settle the
differences and seeks mediation, as Alternate
Dispute Resolution (ADR).

5. In view of the submissions, Ms. Rajani
Iyer is appointed as a Mediator. Parties shall
appear before the learned Mediator on 6th March,
2020. The learned Mediator is requested to submit
his report on/or before 24th March, 2020.

6. Stand over to 27th March, 2020.

7. In the meantime, in the event of arrest of

the applicant in C.R. No. 13/2020 registered
with Borivali Police Station, he shall be
released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of
Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) with one
or two sureties in the like sum.

8. The applicant shall attend the concerned
Police Station as and when called.

9. The applicant shall furnish the
particulars of his place of residence and contact
details to the Investigating Officer of the
Police Station concerned within seven days from
today.

10. The applicant shall not tamper with the
evidence or attempt to influence or contact the
complainant, witnesses or any person concerned
with the case.
