THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY PASSED THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners are the husband and parents in

-laws of the de facto complainant alleged to be

involved in mental cruelty and demand for dowry. Crime

No.343 of 2019 of Kollam East Police Station for the

offence punishable under Section 498A r/w Section 34 of

the IPC was registered. The custodial interrogation of

the petitioners is not necessary. There is also no

need for any recovery to be effected. The petitioners

are willing to co-operate with the investigation and

hence, this petition is allowed. In the event of the

rrest;

1. The petitioners shall be released

on bail on executing a bond for Rs.50,000/-

(Rupees Fifty thousand only) each with two

solvent sureties each for the like sum to

the satisfaction of the Investigating
Bail Appl..No. 2584 of 2019 3

Officer.

2. They shall appear before the

Investigating Officer as and when called for

and co-operate with the investigation.

3. They shall not influence the

witnesses or tamper any evidence in this

case.

If the petitioners violate any of the above

conditions, the prosecution can move for cancellation

of the bail granted to them.
