. Learned APP seeks time. He states that the office of

the Public Prosecutor has received a proposal for filing an

Application for enhancement of the sentence awarded to the

Appellant under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Vide

order dated 18.12.2018, this Court had suo motu issued notice for

enhancement of sentence. The said notice was waived by the

Advocate on record. The Registry ought to have numbered the suo

motu notice. Registry to take steps accordingly.
