The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners

for quashing of FIR No.118/2017, PS Sardar Shahar, District Churu

for offences under Sections 406, Section498A, Section323 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report received

from the concerned Police Station wherein it has been mentioned

that after thorough investigation, Police is going to file final report

in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record. The

concerned Investigating Officer is directed to submit the final

report before the competent court within a period of seven days

from today.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present

misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.

Stay application also dismissed.
