1. Supplementary affidavit has filed today which is taken on record.

2. Heard Sri S.K. Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shashank Shekhar Mishra, learned counsel for applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the material available on record.

3. The present bail application has been moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 469 of 2017, under Sections 304B, Section498A I.P.C. and 3/4 of SectionDowry Prohibition Act, 1961 Police Station Kankarkhera, District Meerut.

3. Applicant is the husband of deceased. Marriage was solemnized on 12.12.2013 and incident took place on 26.06.2017. Applicant’s wife, Priyanka has died due to hanging. Postmortem report has also supported cause of death of deceased is Asphyxia due to ante mortem injury. As per FIR version, Informant said that on 26.06.2017 at 06:00 PM, applicant informed him telephonically about death of his daughter and when Informant reached house of applicant, neither applicant nor his family members were present.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it a fit case where applicant should be enlarged on bail.

5. In view of above, this application is accordingly rejected.
