1 Learned counsel for petitioners submits that vide FIR No. 132 dated 24.4.2001, a case under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC was registered at P.S. Sadar Bazar against the petitioners on the complaint of respondent No. 2.

2 Learned counsel further submits that, it was agreed that petitioner shall pay Rs.1,50,000/- to respondent No. 2 and custody of minor child namely Praduman always remain in the care and custody of her mother Smt. Shashi / R-2.

3 Both the parties, including petitioners No.1 to 7 and respondent No.2 are present in the court today. Respondent No. 2 is duly identified by her counsel, Mr. T.R. Saini, Advocate. Petitioners No. 1 to 7 are

Crl.M.C.3928/2011 Page 1 of 2 identified by Mr. Arvind Kumar, Advocate. 4 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have resolved their issues amicably and they do not want to pursue the case further.

5 Further submits that as per the settlement, petitioner No. 1 and respondent No.2 have jointly purchased a new home and will reside in that house as husband and wife.

6 Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that she does not want to pursue the case in view of the settlement and she has no objection if the FIR is quashed.

7 Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties and the statement made by respondent No.2, I quash the FIR No. 132/2001 registered at P.S. Sadar Bazar, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom.

8 Criminal M.C. 3928/2011 is allowed in the above terms. 9 Since Crl.M.C.3928/2011 is allowed Crl.M.A. 18510/2011 (Stay) become infructuous and disposed of as such. 10 Dasti.
