1. Heard Sri Manish Tiwari, Advocate for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.

2. This is a bail application moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 887 of 2016, under Sections 498A, Section304B IPC and 3/4 SectionDowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Mirzapur.

3. Applicant is the husband. Marriage was solemnized on 10.05.2015 and just after an year incident has taken place in which applicant’s wife has died due to burn injuries caused by kerosene oil. Post mortem report verified 100% burn injuries and also presence of kerosene oil in the heirs. Cause of death is asphyxia due to anti mortem injuries. I, therefore, do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.

4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
