The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for
quashing of FIR No.154/2018, PS Raipur, District Bhilwara for offences
under Sections 406, Section498A, Section494, Section109, Section452, Section323 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report received from
the SHO, PS Raipur, District Bhilwara wherein it has been mentioned
that after thorough investigation, challan of the case has already been
presented by the Police before the competent court. The said report is
hereby taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present
misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.

Stay application also dismissed.
