Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for fair

and proper reinvestigation in FIR No.0070 dated 08.05.2017 registered

under Sections 323, Section377, Section384, Section498A, Section506 of IPC with Women Police Station,

District Faridabad by the investigating agency outside the District Faridabad

or some independent agency as the official respondents No.2 and 3 have

failed to conduct unbiased and impartial investigation against respondent

No.5 (Ex-Inspector in Haryana Police) and respondent No.6.

Learned State counsel has filed reply of Dhaarna Yadav, HPS,

Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime against Women, Faridabad, on

behalf of respondents No.1 to 4, in court today, which is taken on record. As

per the reply, challan under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was prepared on 26.04.2018

against Ajit Singh-respondent No.5 and respondent No.6-Anupama Joshi

was kept in column No.2. The said challan was presented in the Court on

05.05.2018. Respondent No.5-Ajit Singh was charge-sheeted on 28.09.2018.

Out of 15 PWs cited by the prosecution, one PW Arshiya, daughter of the

petitioner, has been examined in the case.

In view of above, the prayer of the petitioner for fair and

reinvestigation of FIR no more survives when challan has already been

presented and one PW has been examined in the case.

Accordingly, the present petition is rendered infructuous and

dismissed as such.
