1. Heard.

2. Applicant is brother-in-law of the
deceased. He is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime
No. 324/2019 registered for the offences
punishable under Sections 306, 498A, 323, 504 of
the Indian Penal Code. Except husband of the

deceased, other co-accused have been released on
bail or granted pre-arrest protection. The final
report has been filed in the case. Father-in-law
of the deceased, who is the co-accused has been
granted interim pre-arrest bail and his
application is posted for consideration on 18th
February, 2020.

3. In view of the facts of the case and since
co-accused are either released on bail and/or
granted pre-arrest bail, let this application
also be heard alongwith Anticipatory Bail
Application No. 2401 of 2019. Stand over to 18th
February, 2020.

4. In the meantime, in the event of arrest
of the applicant in C.R. No. I-324/2019
registered with Kalwa Police Station, he shall be
released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of
Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with
one or two sureties in the like sum.

5. The applicant shall report to the
Investigating Officer once in a week commencing

from 9th December, 2019 between 11:00 to 12:00 noon
till further orders.

6. The applicant shall inform of his latest
place of residence and mobile contact number
immediately to the Investigating Officer of the
Police Station concerned within seven days from
today;

7. The applicant shall not tamper with the
evidence or attempt to influence or contact the
complainant, witnesses or any person concerned
with the case.

8. Stand over to 18th February, 2020.
