O R D E R

This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under

Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Heard both sides. Perused the case diary.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor on instruction submits

that the petitioner is an accused in crime no.335/2019 of

Irinjalakuda Police Station for offences punishable under Section

498A of IPC.

4. Having considered the facts that the subject matter is

purely a matrimonial dispute between the parties, this court is

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Hence, bail is granted and it is ordered as follows:

1) The petitioner shall be released on bail on
executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
thousand only) with two sureties each for the
like amount in the event of his arrest by the
police in Crime No.335/2019 of Irinjalakuda
Police Station.

2) The petitioner shall appear before the
Investigating Officer as and when directed by
him in writing to do so.

3) The petitioner shall not in any manner
intimidate or influence the prosecution
witnesses.

4) The petitioner shall not leave the State of
Kerala without the prior permission of the
jurisdictional court concerned.

5) If the petitioner violates any of the conditions
of bail in the court, it is open to the Court
having jurisdiction over the case to cancel his
bail without any further orders from this Court
but in accordance with law.
