It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is the mother-
in-law of the victim and has been falsely implicated in the instant
case.
Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory
bail.
Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie
involvement of the petitioner in torturing the victim and as the victim
committed suicide within four years of marriage, we are not inclined to
grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
