C.R.M. 391 of 2020

the Code of Criminal Procedure filed on 10.01.2020 in connection with
Tehatta Police Station Case No. 597 of 2019 dated 14.12.2019 under
Sections 498A/326/307/ 494/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind

the extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged crime and as

principal accused has already been arrested, we are inclined to grant

anticipatory bail to them.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners

shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each,

with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the

arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down

under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on

condition that they shall appear before the court below and pray for

regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.
