By this writ petition the petitioners are seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the F.I.R. dated 19.01.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 38 of 2019 under Sections 498A, Section323, Section323, Section504, Section506 IPC and Section 3/Section4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, lodged at Police Station Lalganj District Rae Bareilly

Vide order dated 22.02.2019, interim protection has been granted to the petitioners.

As per instructions received by learned AGA, charge sheet has been prepared on 03.10.2019 and the same has been forwarded for onward submission to the Court concerned.

By passage of time, it must have been filed before the Court concerned.

Accordingly, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and it is dismissed as infructuous.
