ORAL ORDER

Prima facie, it appears that the first informant
accompanied her husband and joined him on 29.06.2016 at
Denmark and thereafter, she delivered child on 24.03.2017
and thereafter, stayed at her parental home till lodgment of
F.I.R. on 19.12.2019 for the offence under Sections 498A, 323
etc. of the Indian Penal Code. In light of this position, present
application deserves consideration.

Issue notice, making it returnable on 22.07.2020. The
learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for the respondent –
State.

Meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the
applicants. However, the investigation may proceed further in
accordance with law but, the chargesheet shall not be filed
without prior permission of the Court. Direct service is
permitted.
