The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the
Petitioners are not averse for amicable resolution of dispute with
Respondent No.2. Issue notice to the Respondent No.2, returnable
on 7 September 2022. In light of the stand taken by the learned
Counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners want to settle the
dispute giving rise to the FIR and invocation of Section 498A, if the
Police authorities proceed to file the charge-sheet before the next date,
they will take permission of the Court. Stand over to 7 September 2022.
