file application within two weeks. Stand over to
11th December, 2019.

2. In the meantime in the event of the arrest
of the applicant in C.R. No. 199 of 2019 registered
with Naya Nagar Police Station, Mira Road for the
offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323,
504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal
Code, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing
P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand
only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

3. The applicant shall report to the
Investigating Officer concerned as and when called.

4. The applicant shall furnish the
particulars of his latest place residence and
mobile contact number and/or change of residence
or mobile details, if any, to the Investigating
Officer of the Police Station concerned within
seven days from today;

5. The applicant shall not tamper with
the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the
complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with
