1 Prayer of petitioner wife is to direct the respondent
State to arrange for proper search of residential house shared
by the Petitioner with her in-laws to find out her stridhan and
to take it into custody. The contention is details of stridhan
were supplied to police, Police accordingly applied the learned
JMFC, obtained search warrant, but then the search was left in
complete. Bank lockers or other similar places have not been
looked into.
2 We have heard learned APP also. We find that the
trial for offence under section 498A, 406, 420, 323, 354, 504,

34 of the Indian Penal Code is already pending. The petitioner
therefore, can move an appropriate application in pending
proceedings and seek assistance of trial court. Accused persons
will also get an opportunity in that event.
3 Hence, keeping all contentions open and with liberty to
the petitioner, we dispose of petition.
