The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in

connection with Lake P.S. Case No. 266 of 2017 dated

17/11/2017 under Sections

498A/406/316/467/468/420/506 of the Indian Penal

Code.

The State produces the case diary and says that

the charge-sheet has already been filed.

It is evident that the petitioner responded to a

notice under Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the allegations against the petitioner,

it does not appear necessary for the petitioner to be

subjected to custodial interrogation.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner

is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing a bond

of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two

sureties of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) each,

one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the

Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions laid down in
