b) For declaration that the petitioner is entitled for the custody of the
minor daughter Samayah Zaid now aged about 3 years till she becomes major.
c) For cost of the petition.

ORDER

Petition under Sections. 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 25 of Guardian and Wards Act
1890 r/w. Order 21 Rule 2 3 of O.S.Rules Clause 17 of Letters Patent praying
as follows:

a) For the appointment of the petitioner as legal guardian of the minor
daughter Samayah Zaid now aged about 3 years.

b) For declaration that the petitioner is entitled for the custody of the
minor daughter Samayah Zaid now aged about 3 years till she becomes major.

c) For cost of the petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced an

E-mail received by him from the petitioner herein. She has instructed the

counsel to unconditionally withdraw the O.P.No. 66 of 2018.

3. In view of the same, O.P.No. 66 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, all other applications are closed. No costs.
