JUDGMENT

When this matter has been taken up for admission, the

learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that

Crime No. 1447 of 2017 of Peroorkkada Police Station was

registered on the basis of Ext. P1 complaint for offences

punishable under Sections 323 and 498A read with Section

34 IPC.

In view of the above submission of the learned Public

Prosecutor, nothing survives to be decided in this Writ

Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
