This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of

directions to respondent No.2 to transfer of investigation in FIR No.0005

dated 11.1.2019 registered under Sections 427, 435 of Indian Penal Code

(Section 498A IPC added later on ) at Police Station Division No.7, District

Jalandhar to Punjab Police Headqaurter, Chandigarh and to get it

investigated from senior IPS officer.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he would be

satisfied if a direction is issued to the concerned authorities to consider and

decide representation (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction

to State of Punjab to consider and decide representation (Annexure P-5) by

passing a speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt

of a certified copy of this order.
