Heard learned counsel for the appellant on IA
No.3/2017.

As the respondent has not appeared to contest
the application, therefore, considering the entire fact
situation of the case and the order passed by the trial
Court on 11.5.2016 mentioning that the respondent-
husband has admitted to be receiving salary of
Rs.45,000/- per month, it is directed that the respondent
shall pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month to the appellant
as maintenance pendente lite and shall also pay a sum
of Rs.15,000/-as litigation expenses. In addition, the
appellant shall also be entitled to travelling expenses of
Rs.4,000/- per visit in this Court whenever she is
directed to appear in person.
