Heard on I.A.No.2340/2017 which is an application under Section
24 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking maintenance pendente lite and
expenses of the proceedings.

After hearing both the parties, due to non-availibility of proof of
earning, at present, we direct that the appellant shall pay maintenance
pendente lite Rs.5000/- in addition to the amount awarded in another
proceeding and litigation expenses of Rs.10000/-. It is further directed
that as and when directed by the Court if the respondent appears, the go
and fro expenses shall also be paid by the appellant on the basis of third
AC and stay of a day.

I.A.No.2340/2017 stands disposed of.
