Issue Notice. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notices on

behalf of respondent No.1-State. Issue notice to the respondent

No.2. Rule is made returnable within four weeks.

Heard on the stay application.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against

the petitioner in connection with FIR No.181/2019, PS Mahila

Thana, District Jodhpur City (West) for offence under Sections

498A, Section406, Section323 Section494 IPC till next date of hearing. However, he

will join the investigation.
