As per factual report dated 3.5.2018 submitted by

learned Public Prosecutor received from SHO, Police Station

Swaroopganj, District Sirohi, charge-sheet for offences punishable

u/s 498A, 323 and 406 IPC has already been submitted before

the Magistrate of the competent jurisdiction on 13.6.2016.

Since police has found the offences recorded in the

impugned First Information Report proved after due investigation

and chargesheet has been preferred, no ground whatsoever to

quash the impugned FIR remains available.

Therefore, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is

disposed of as having become infructuous. However, the

petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the objections made

herein, before the learned trial court at an appropriate stage of

trial.
