connection with Nadial P.S. Case No. 74/2019 dated
26/05/2019 under Sections 498A/Section323/Section406/Section34 of the Indian
Penal Code and under Sections 3/Section4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with

Nadial P.S. Case No. 74/2019 dated 26/05/2019 under

Sections 498A/Section323/Section406/Section34 of the Indian Penal Code and under

Sections 3/Section4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner no. 1 is the husband of the defacto

complainant and the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the married

sisters-in-law of the defacto complainant, who are residing at

their respective matrimonial homes.

Considering the materials on record, we are inclined to grant the

prayer of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 2 and 3,

namely, Farida Begum and Farzana Begum, are directed to be released on

bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)

each, with two sureties of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) each, to

the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions laid down in

Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further
